Warranty and Return Conditions
At Piero Perla, we prioritize customer satisfaction and comply with all legal regulations in all our operations. Our warranty and return conditions for our products are as follows:
1. Warranty Conditions
Warranty Period: The legal inspection warranty period for the products you purchase is 2 years. The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Defects caused by user error (e.g., incorrect washing, cutting, tearing) are not covered by the warranty.
Repair or Replacement:
A defective product will be repaired under warranty. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new one or the product price will be refunded. Application: To benefit from warranty service, the invoice and/or warranty certificate must be presented.
2. Return Conditions
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, our consumers have the right to return the products they have purchased within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Return Conditions:
For a product to be returned:
The product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
The product must be sent with its original packaging, invoice, and all accessories, if any.
Non-Returnable Products:
Products that are specially manufactured or personalized according to the consumer's request.
Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., underwear).
Products that spoil quickly or have expired.
Shipping Fee:
In returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee is covered by our company.
3. Return Process
After the returned product reaches our company, the product price will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days using the method of payment. It is recommended that you keep the shipping tracking number for return procedures.
4. Defective Product Situation
If the product you received is defective, as a consumer you have the following rights:
Request product exchange,
Request a refund of the product price,
Request free repair of the defective product,
Request a discount on the product price proportional to the defect.
You must notify us of defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
