DELIVERY AND RETURNS

For orders placed via bank transfer/EFT, the payment period is 24 hours from the order date. Orders for which payment is not received within this period may be cancelled by Abby Global Tekstil. Please include your order number in the description field during payment.

Personal data shared during the payment process is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and is used solely for the purpose of carrying out order and delivery processes.

Returns are only processed to the bank account from which the payment was made. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the bank.
