TERMS OF USE
This agreement is entered into between Abby Global Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Piero Perla”), located at “Uğur Mumcu Mah. Eski Edirne Asfaltı Cad. NO:572 İç Kapı No:1 34265 Sultangazi/ İstanbul”, and the member of the www.pieroperla.com website and/or mobile application (“Site and/or Mobile Application”) (“Member”), under the following terms.
1. Commencement, Purpose and Scope of the Agreement
Piero Perla provides product supply and services to its members through the Site and/or Mobile Application in accordance with the principles stated in this agreement. After completing the registration process on the Site and/or Mobile Application, the Member may start using the Site and/or Mobile Application by entering their email address and password, provided they comply with the terms stated in this agreement.
If the contract is concluded on behalf of a legal entity, the person concluding the contract declares and undertakes that they are authorized to act on behalf of that legal entity. In case of unauthorized transactions, all legal and criminal liability will rest personally with them.
The Member acknowledges that by starting to use the Site and/or Mobile Application, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement and that these terms are binding upon them. Furthermore, the provisions of this agreement will also be binding on visitors to the Site and/or Mobile Application. Piero Perla reserves the right to change this agreement and the specified conditions without prior notice.
2. Member Rights and Obligations
The Site and/or Mobile Application is a platform open to everyone, and the services offered are free of charge.
The Member agrees to act in accordance with this agreement and the Site/Mobile Application rules while using the Site and/or Mobile Application.
The Member undertakes not to share their membership information and password with third parties. In case of violation, they agree to immediately compensate Piero Perla for any damages incurred. The Member agrees to comply with all applicable legal regulations and Piero Perla's notices when using the services offered on the Site and/or Mobile Application. The Member agrees not to engage in actions that hinder or harm the use of the Site and/or Mobile Application by other users, and to be responsible for all damages that may arise in case of such actions. Piero Perla reserves the right to terminate or restrict membership accounts. The Member agrees that the information provided is accurate, that they will update it if there are any changes, and that they will be responsible for any damages that may arise in case of failure to do so. 3. Piero Perla's Rights and Obligations
Piero Perla may unilaterally terminate the contract and suspend services in the following cases:
Recording misleading or unlawful information on the Site/Mobile Application.
Engaging in activities that threaten the security of the Site or Mobile Application.
The Member's misuse of Piero Perla's campaigns or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
The Member's conduct that violates this contract and legislation. Piero Perla cannot be held responsible for the misuse of usernames and passwords related to membership.
4. Data Privacy and Security Policy
Piero Perla attaches great importance to the privacy rights of its customers and the protection of their personal data, and acts in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Members' personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
Members have the right to request information about their personal data, to correct, delete, and to object to its processing.
5. Duration and Validity of the Agreement
This agreement enters into force the moment the Member completes the membership process and remains valid indefinitely. Piero Perla may terminate memberships or suspend services when deemed necessary.
Piero Perla reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this agreement and the Site/Mobile Application services. Changes made will take effect the moment they are published on the Site and/or Mobile Application.
Members can cancel their e-newsletter and SMS subscriptions at any time. Emails and notifications sent by Piero Perla will be sent to the Member's registered email address, and these notifications will be considered valid by both parties.
Member Acceptance and Consent Statement:
I agree to become a party to this agreement and undertake to comply with all obligations specified in the agreement. Otherwise, I agree to meet all of Piero Perla's demands and pay for all damages it may incur.
