Within the framework of our legal obligations and service standards arising from the relevant legislation, primarily the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications and related secondary legislation, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related secondary legislation, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK); we request your personal data (including but not limited to name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, landline phone number, e-mail address, gender, postal address, and information the member has approved to be shared via social media channels if connected through them, or any other personal information intended to identify the user directly or indirectly) to provide better service and to conduct statistical studies. This personal data will be processed and stored by taking information security measures, based on your explicit consent, for the purposes and scope determined by this Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy, provided that it is not used outside of these purposes.

  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,

  • Request notification of correction/deletion/destruction processes to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of your data.

Other rights you have pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 are reserved. In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; records regarding the withdrawal of consent will be kept for one (1) year from this date; the content of the commercial electronic message and any other records regarding the delivery will be kept for three (3) years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when necessary. After the period expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our company or upon your request.

Your personal data regarding your visit to our website or membership, and traffic information such as your browsing data, may be shared with public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request this information for your security and for Piero Perla to fulfill its obligations before the law (in cases where Piero Perla has a legal or administrative obligation to notify or provide information, such as combating crime and threats to state and public security, but not limited to these).

This Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permission is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from the implementation of the Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permission.
