Cancellation & Return Policy

Our company prioritizes protecting consumer rights and ensuring post-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase, and any issues arising from production or service, are carefully evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.

To ensure we can serve you better and faster regarding product returns, please find the necessary conditions below; Returns will not be accepted if any of these conditions are not met.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

2. You can send your products using the return code you received from our website via our contracted shipping company, …… Cargo. You can follow the steps in the link to obtain the return code.

 

1. PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

b- The product to be returned must be delivered within 15 days of receipt, in its original condition, complete with all standard accessories, and without damage.

 

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES

a- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department meet the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 7 days.

b- You can send the products you wish to return free of charge via …… Cargo.

 

**SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED**

The product to be returned can only be received by our contracted cargo companies. Returns and shipping costs for products received through any other cargo company will not be accepted.

General return conditions are as follows;

- Returns must absolutely be made with the original box or packaging.

- Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged (e.g., products with shipping labels attached to the original box and taped with shipping tape are not accepted), have lost their resale value, and are in a condition that prevents them from being purchased by another customer are not accepted.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

• If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order from the My Account > My Orders page and abby.com.tr/customer/orderquery page.

• After your order cancellation request is approved, if the payment was taken from your credit card, the refund will be processed to your card. Installment payments are refunded in installments due to bank processes. Since the refund process varies depending on your bank, you can track your refunds by contacting your bank.

• If your order has been shipped or is in the warehouse collection process, your cancellation cannot be processed.
