Order Steps

1. Select and Add Products to Cart
Browse Piero Perla's products, select the ones you like, and add them to your cart.

2. Set Delivery Address
You can select an address you've previously saved or add a new delivery address. You can change your delivery address before your order is shipped.

3. Choose Your Payment Method
Choose one of the alternatives offered, such as Bank/Credit Card or Cash on Delivery.

4. Order Summary
Before confirming your order, check the information you provided on the "Order Summary" page. If you want to make changes, make the necessary adjustments.

5. Complete Your Order
After ensuring the accuracy of the information you provided, check the boxes indicating that you have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. Then, you can complete your order by clicking the "Complete Order" button.

The Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement created between Piero Perla and its customers within the scope of electronic commerce are stored electronically for 3 years.

Actions You Can Take After Your Order is Confirmed

1. Address Change
If you placed an order to an incorrect address, you can change your delivery and billing address before your order is shipped by using the "Edit Address" button on the "My Orders" page.

2. Cancellation and Return
You can use the "My Orders" page to cancel your order, reverse the transaction, or return the products you received.

Correcting Errors During the Order Process

Before completing your order, the total amount you will pay for the products (including VAT and shipping costs) is clearly shown on the "Order Summary" page. If there is an error or need to change in the order details:
Click the "My Cart" button to make changes on the My Cart page. To change your delivery information, click the “Edit Address” button. After making the necessary changes, you can proceed to the payment step by clicking the “Continue” button. Happy shopping!
