2. My order was returned to the warehouse before delivery, what should I do?
You will be notified when your order is returned to the warehouse. You can request a re-delivery or a refund. To do this, you can contact customer service at [email protected].
3. Can I change the delivery address?
You can change your delivery address on the "My Orders" page before your order is shipped. Address changes cannot be made to orders that have already been shipped.
4. My order arrived damaged/broken. What should I do?
Check the product in the presence of the delivery person. If you find a damaged or broken product, have the delivery person prepare a damage report and contact us.
5. The shipping company didn't deliver my order to my address. What should I do?

9. Is delivery to my address available?
Shipping companies deliver to certain areas on specific days. You can find out whether your order is delivered to your address through the shipping company.
10. My order arrived when I wasn't at my address. What should I do?
If the delivery person cannot reach you at your address, they may redirect your order to the nearest branch. You can pick it up from the branch or request a redelivery.
11. Can I Pick Up My Package from the Branch?
Yes, you have the option to pick up from the branch. You can contact the shipping company to request this.
12. What Should I Pay Attention to When Receiving My Package?
Check the package before receiving it. If the package is damaged, have the delivery person prepare a damage report. Make sure you receive the package contents completely.
13. Can I Change the Shipping Company That Will Deliver?

You can contact the shipping company to request home courier delivery and inform them of your situation.
17. What is Next Day Delivery / Express Delivery?
Next day delivery or express delivery is a service available in certain regions that ensures your order is delivered the next day. You can see if this option is available during the ordering process.

WHERE AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The products you purchased will be delivered within the estimated delivery date range specified on the "My Orders" page. However, these dates may vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping company's delivery time.

Once your order is shipped, you can track the progress of your shipment using the "Shipment Tracking" link on the "My Orders" page. Your shipment tracking number will be generated and sent to you when your order is shipped.

You will be notified by SMS from the shipping company when your order is dispatched. Delivery time and conditions may change in cases such as the recipient not being at the address, the recipient not being present, or the recipient having moved from the address.
